Arizona Solar Penetration Reaches 5.8% in 2016

Arizona  solar penetration reached 5.8% in 2016 through Septemberr (82,334 residential installations in 1.4 million single family homes).  The zip code with the greatest penetration was 85396 in Buckeye, which has reached 29.8% solar penetration.  Two zip codes in Maricopa County (85396 and 85395) had solar penetration greater than 20%.
